Baked Goat Cheese & Marinara
Hosting a party or craving something indulgent? This easy goat cheese dip is perfect with warm bread or crisp veggies. It’s party-ready and delicious!
Ingredients
- 4 oz. (125 g) goat cheese, softened
- ½ cup (125 mL) ricotta
- ½ tbsp (7 mL) Basil Pesto Seasoning Mix
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) water
- 2 cups (500 mL) marinara sauce
- ½ loaf French bread, cut into ½" (1‑cm slices)
- Optional: Chopped fresh basil
Directions
- Set the Deluxe Air Fryer & Oven to SYNC FINISH. Set the bottom compartment to AIR FRY for 12 minutes. Set the top compartment to CUSTOM and adjust the temperature to 400°F (205°C) and the time to 5 minutes. Press START.
- Place the goat cheese, ricotta, seasoning mix, and water in a food processor. Blend until whipped and combined, about 20–30 seconds.
- Pour the marinara into the Stone Pie Plate and dollop the cheese mixture on top.
- Place the bread onto a foil-lined Air Fryer Rack.
- When the display says, “Add Food,” place the pie plate into the bottom compartment (on the Wire Rack) and the bread into the top compartment. Press START.
- Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving. Top with fresh basil, if you’d like.
