The Pampered Chef Official Rules for the Spring Into Celebrations Sweepstakes
THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LEGAL RESIDENTS IN THE 50 UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, PUERTO RICO including APO/FPO addresses (EXCLUDING OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES), AND CANADA ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO THE APPLICABLE LAW. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Pampered Chef, Ltd. (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to The Pampered Chef, Ltd.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico including APO/FPO addresses (excluding other U.S. Territories), and Canada, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who register and are in attendance at any of the April 2024 Pampered Chef Live Events at 7 PM CT (April 2, April 9, April 16, April 23, April 30). Active consultants, employees, officers, and home office directors of The Pampered Chef, Ltd., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as members of their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same household as those individuals, whether or not they are related, are not eligible to enter or win (“Ineligible Persons”). Furthermore, any entrant who has ever been convicted of a felony will not be eligible. Sponsor and Administrator have the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant and disqualify those who don’t meet the eligibility requirements. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes will occur during each live event in April. It starts at 7 PM CST and concludes at the end of the event by 7:40 PM CST for each event date (April 2, April 9, April 16, April 23, April 30).
HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, any person, who is not an Ineligible who registers and attends an April live event, will be entered into the Sweepstakes pool. All entrants will be entered to win, and winners will be selected based on random selection from the Sweepstakes pool of entrants.
The entrant will receive one (1) entry only when made during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple, mass entries or mechanical reproductions, or late, lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected, damaged, inaccurate, incomplete, and/or postage due entries are void. Any attempt at entry except as above stated is void.
Additional Entry Conditions: Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, invalid, unintelligible, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the Pampered Chef Live registrant will be deemed to be the entrant. The “registrant” is the natural person who registered and attended any of the 4 Pampered Chef Live events in April Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the registrant.
WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be entered to win. Three (3) winners total will be selected at random and announced during the Pampered Chef Live, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries Sponsor receives. The potential prize winners will be notified during the Pampered Chef Live. Each entrant is responsible for being present for prize notification or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. Furthermore, once notified, any Canadian winner shall be required to answer a skills-based question in order to claim their prize as required by the Canadian Competition Act. The skills-based question shall be solely administered by the Sponsor and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a winner for their inability to correctly answer the skills-based question and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner from the eligible entries If a potential prize winner cannot be reached during the event or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. At Sponsor’s sole option, the potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 or CRA T4A form and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release within fifteen (15) days of date of issuance. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.
PRIZES
Three (3) winners will each receive one new spring product based on “spin the wheel” game during the live event. Products are subject to change based on inventory and availability. Sponsor reserves the right to change products on the “spin the wheel” game.

For each of the three (3) winners, the Home Office will click the “Spin the Wheel” game. Where the dial randomly lands, the winner will receive that product for free. Retail value varies from $11 - $70 US / $15-$95 (CAN). Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. All federal, state, and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of a prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Acceptance of a prize by an entrant constitutes permission for The Pampered Chef, Ltd., and its designees to use the winners’ respective name, city and state of residence and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity at discretion of Sponsor without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. As described above, Winners may be required, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, to complete and return an Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where lawful) and tax forms. The Released Parties and any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.
ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THAT PROVISION. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES, THE SOCIAL NETWORKING PLATFORM THAT HOUSES THE SWEEPSTAKES ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AND EMPLOYEES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES.
In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the registrant will be deemed to be the entrant. The “registrant” is the natural person who registered to attend the Test Kitchen Live on April 2, April 9, April 16, April 23, or April 30. By entering the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to (i) be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters and (ii) release and hold harmless Released Parties from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, actions or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, related to personal injury, death, damage to property, infringement of proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy or defamation) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance and use of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto).
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES (I) MAKE NO WARRANTY, GUARANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR THE PRIZES; AND (II) DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY.
PUBLICITY
By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, photograph, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.

Requests for copies of these Official Rules or a winners list may be sent to Administrator, Attn: “Tastebuds” Pampered Chef Sweepstakes, 1 Pampered Chef Lane, Addison, IL. 60101 in the U.S. All requests must be received by 11:59 PM on May 5, 2024. Winners will be announced during each event.
