U.S. Host Rewards Terms & Conditions

The Pampered Chef, LTD. (“Pampered Chef”) offers its Host Rewards Program as a thank-you to our hosts for inviting and introducing Pampered Chef to their friends and families. Pampered Chef hosts never pay full price!

Pampered Chef’s Host Rewards Program offers many different types of rewards which can be earned in the following ways.

General Terms Applicable to Host Rewards

Please note that for purposes of Host Rewards, guest sales are defined as any and all non-host purchases before taxes, charitable contributions, and shipping, and after all discounts, promotions, and account credits have been applied. Rewards have no cash value and are available only to the host who earned them, may not be shared, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for cash, or applied except as expressly permitted, and may be subject to expiration, forfeiture, product availability, substitutions, exclusions, and other requirements described below. Account creation and login is required to access and use both current and future Host Rewards[NS1.1]. Unless otherwise stated, rewards do not count toward guest sales or commissionable sales. Except as described below, the applicable product guarantee applies to all products purchased or earned using Host Rewards—see our Product Guarantees page. Pampered Chef may modify or discontinue rewards or Host Rewards Program terms at any time. Party (Host Order) submission is defined as the host order has been submitted by the consultant to and received by the Pampered Chef Home Office.

Referral Rewards

A host earns a $10 account credit when a guest from their party books a future party with that same consultant within 6 months of the original party date and that future party receives guest sales greater than $0. Once this requirement is met, the original host will receive the $10 account credit. This reward may be earned by a host up to three times per party for a maximum of $30 in account credits. The original host may also book and host a future party and qualify for this reward, provided all requirements are met. To qualify for referral rewards, the original party must also have guest sales greater than $0. Any unused account credit will be forfeited if the host becomes a Pampered Chef Independent Sales Consultant before the credit is fully redeemed. Account credit expires 6 months after being earned.[NS2.1][TD2.2][NS2.3] Account credit cannot be redeemed on tax, charitable contributions, or shipping. Referral rewards are not applicable to consultant-hosted parties.

Host Discount

The host discount is offered in the form of a 10% discount for the current host and is earned when the current party has guest sales greater than $0. The host discount is automatically applied to the current host’s order after any earned free product rewards have been deducted. If the current host also places an order as a guest on the current party, the host discount does not apply to that guest order. Upon submission of the host order to the Pampered Chef Home Office, the current host will also receive the host discount on any non-host future orders that are placed in the next 12 calendar months after the original party. The host discount applies after any sale or promotional pricing has been applied. The host discount expires 12 months after the original party. For example, if the original host order is submitted on July 15, 2026, the host discount will apply to all non-host orders placed by that same host through July 14, 2027. If they were to host a new party during that 12-month period, the discount does not increase: Instead, the expiration will reset to be 12 months from the date of the new party.[NS3.1] Products purchased using the host discount do count toward commissionable sales. Host discount does not apply to the purchase of a new consultant kit. The host discount on future orders will be forfeited if the host becomes a Pampered Chef Independent Sales Consultant. Host discount on future orders is not applicable to consultant-hosted parties.

Free Product Rewards

Free product rewards are earned based on the amount of guest sales received on the party. The amount of free product rewards earned is shown on the chart. Free product rewards are first earned when the amount of guest sales reaches $250 and increases for every increment of $250 in guest sales after that (see chart for details). For parties that reach $1,250 or more in guest sales, $40 in free product rewards is added for every increment of $250 in guest sales. The total free product rewards amount earned is automatically subtracted from the total of the host order. Any remaining amount, after free product rewards are applied and after the host discount is calculated, is the amount the current host must pay before any applicable taxes, charitable contributions, and shipping costs are applied. If the current host does not use the entire amount of free product rewards on their current party, any remaining free product rewards are forfeited. Free product rewards do not count toward any product or set purchased as a half-price pick. Free product rewards cannot be used toward the purchase of a new consultant kit. Free product rewards do not count toward commissionable sales or guest sales on the party.

Free Host Gift

Free host gifts are earned based on the amount of guest sales (before taxes, charitable contributions, and shipping) received on the party. The free host gifts are chosen in advance by Pampered Chef and change monthly. The quantity of free host gifts earned is shown on the chart. One free host gift is earned when the amount of guest sales reaches $250 and the quantity increases to two free host gifts earned when the amount of guest sales reaches $750. Free host gifts may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If the free host gift item is no longer available, in our sole judgment, we will substitute it with another item of equal or greater value. Free host gift(s) do not count toward commissionable sales or guest sales on the party. To receive the current month’s free host gift(s), the host order must be received at the Pampered Chef Home Office by 11:59:59 p.m. (CT) on the last day of the month. If the order is received after this date and time, the host will receive the free host gift(s) for the next month.

Half-Price Picks

Host may earn the ability to purchase one or more products at half price (50% off) should they choose to do so. Half-price picks are earned based on the amount of guest sales received on the party. The quantity of half-price picks earned is shown on the chart. The host becomes eligible to purchase two (2) half-price picks when guest sales reach $250 in guest sales. This number increases by one (1) for every $250 increment in guest sales, until five (5) half-price picks have been earned for $1,000 in guest sales. Five (5) is the maximum number of half-price picks that the current host is eligible to purchase. Half-price picks do not count toward commissionable sales or guest sales on the party. If the current host does not use all the half-price picks earned on their current party before submission, any remaining half-price picks are forfeited. Half-price picks do not include Kids Club Series nor a new consultant kit.

Kit Credit

Hosts earn a kit credit when their party reaches $250 in guest sales (before taxes, charitable contributions, and shipping). The amount of the kit credit is $25. This credit can only be used toward the purchase of a new consultant kit. The credit does not expire. Only one $25 kit credit can be redeemed. Kit credits do not accumulate or increase in value if multiple kit credits are claimed by hosting multiple parties. Kit credit has no cash value. If there is any remaining kit credit after the purchase price of the new consultant kit has been reduced to $0, the remainder of the credit is forfeited. Kit credit selection is not applicable to consultant-hosted parties.
