CLEANING
- • Wipe exterior with damp cloth prior to first use and towel dry thoroughly. The grinder and stand are not dishwasher-safe. Rinse the container and let it fully dry if needed. DO NOT submerge in water.
- • To deep clean the grinder, empty it completely. Then, partially fill the grinder with dry, coarse sea salt and grind until the output is clear.

HOW TO CHARGE YOUR GRINDER
- • We recommend charging the grinder before its first use. Follow these instructions for charging:
- • Place your grinder on a flat table, ensuring it is in an upright position.
- • Connect the Type-C charging cable to the adapter, plug the adapter into an electric socket, and connect the Type-C charging cable to the Type-C interface at the back of the grinder. Ensure the connections are fully engaged.
- • While charging, the white LED light on the upper body will illuminate. When it’s fully charged, the LED light will turn off.
- • It takes about two hours to fully charge the battery.
- • This is a lithium-battery rechargeable product. We recommend charging it every three months to ensure service life of the battery.
- • The adapter is not included with this product. You can charge the grinder only with UL/GS or equivalent safety-approved adapters with an output voltage of 5V like a USB smartphone charger adapter.
HOW TO USE
For best results, use the grinder with dry, coarse granules of sea salt. DO NOT fill with pre-ground salt, pepper, or spices.
1. To refill, hold the bottom part and twist the top part clockwise. Lift the top part when the marking aligns with the unlock icon. 2. Fill the container with salt or pepper and replace the top portion by aligning the marking on the top part with the unlock icon on the bottom. Twist counterclockwise to close. 
3. To adjust coarseness, rotate the bottom of grinder to your preferred grind size. The larger the dot, the coarser the grind output. 4. Press and hold the on/off button to grind. And release the button to stop the grinder. 
- • This grinder can be used to grind other spices like mustard seed, whole cloves, fennel seeds, and whole cumin. For best results, use the fine grind setting.
- • When changing spices, grind a few times after the new spice is filled to remove any of the previous spice.
- • A small amount of ground salt, pepper, or other spices may settle and fall from the bottom of the grinder when it’s not in use.
TROUBLESHOOTING
