SAFEGUARDS
• Over time and continued use, the interior of the bowl may start to show wear. This is considered
normal wear for the product.
• Do not use serrated knifes in the bowl.
• If the bowl becomes broken or splintered, discontinue use.
• Do not leave on a hot surface. This can damage the bowl and void the guarantee.
CLEANING
• Wash before using; hand wash only. Not dishwasher-safe. Don’t submerge or soak.
• Towel dry immediately after washing and allow to dry fully before storing.
• To sanitize, wash with a solution of one part vinegar to five parts water. Do not use bleach.
• To remove odors, cut a lemon in half and dip it in kosher or table salt. Rub the surface of the
bowl with the lemon, and let it sit for 2–3 minutes. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
USE AND CARE
• To keep the wood from drying, use a food-grade oil, wax, or conditioner. Follow the instructions
for application.
• Store in a dry area away from extreme temperatures.
