This small batch cookie recipe packs big flavor! You can mix up the mix ins to what you have on hand too.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (60 mL) butter (½ stick), melted
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar
  • 1   egg yolk
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt
  • ¾ cup (175 mL) flour
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) baking soda
  • ⅓ cup (75 mL) crushed potato chips
  • ⅓ cup (75 mL) crushed pretzels
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) peanut butter chips

Directions

  1. Combine the butter and sugars together in a large bowl. Add the egg yolk, vanilla, and salt to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Gently stir in the flour and baking soda until a soft dough forms.
  3. Fold the potato chips, pretzels, and baking chips into the dough.
  4. Preheat the Deluxe Air Fryer & Oven to BAKE for 11 minutes.
  5. Scoop the dough into 6 large cookies and place on the Small Oven Baking Sheet. Gently flatten each cookie.
  6. When the display says to ADD FOOD, add the cookies to the oven and press START.
  7. Remove the cookies from the oven and let cool in the pan for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely before serving.

Cook's Tips:

You can swap out any of the mix ins for whatever you have on hand. Chopped candy bars, butterscotch baking chips, and even crushed banana chips are all delicious!
