Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza

 This giant cookie dessert is fun to customize and serves a crowd!

Ingredients

    Cookie Dough
  • ¾  cup (175 mL) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (about 7 oz/198 g)

Berry Patch⅓ cup (75 mL) strawberry cream cheese spread¼ cup (50 mL) white chocolate morsels
1 cup (250 mL) sliced strawberries, patted dry
 
Chocolate Peanut Butter Monkey3 tbsp (45 mL) creamy peanut butter

¼ cup (50 mL) semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1 banana, cut into slices

S’mores¼ cup (50 mL) marshmallow crème¼ cup (50 mL) milk chocolate morsels
½ cup (125 mL) bear-shaped honey graham cracker snacks
 

 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Choose a flavor from the chart above. If needed, prepare toppings on a Cutting Mat.

  2. Roll the cookie dough into a ball and place it in the center of a Personal Size Round Stone. Press dough flat with your fingers. Using a lightly floured Rolling Pin, roll the dough to the edges of the pan, pressing with your fingers, if needed.

  3. Bake for 10–13 minutes or until the dough is a deep golden brown. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes.  

  4. Meanwhile, for the toppings, place the chocolate morsels in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted. Carefully remove from the microwave and set aside. 

  5. Using a spoon, spread the filling over the cooled cookie to within ½” (1 cm) of the edge. 

  6. Arrange the remaining toppings over the filling and drizzle with the melted chocolate.  

  7. To serve, cut into 8 wedges with the Pizza Cutter

Cook's Tips:

You can use coarsely chopped graham crackers instead of bear-shaped honey graham cracker snacks.
