Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza
One giant cookie, endless fun! This sweet, shareable dessert is perfect for parties and easy to customize with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
- Cookie Dough
- ¾ cup (175 mL) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (about 7 oz/198 g)

| S’mores | • ¼ cup (50 mL) marshmallow crème | • ½ cup (125 mL) bear-shaped honey graham cracker snacks |
| Toffee Apple | • 4 oz. (125 g) cream cheese | • ½ green apple, chopped |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Choose a flavor from the chart above.
Roll the cookie dough into a ball and place it in the center of a Personal Size Round Stone or the Small Oven Square Pizza Stone . Press dough flat with your fingers. Using a lightly floured Baker's Roller, roll the dough to the edges of the pan, pressing with your fingers, if needed.
Bake for 10–13 minutes or until the dough is a deep golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
For the Fillings, choose a flavor and add the ingredients to the Deluxe Stand Mixer fitted with the scraping beater. MIX for 1 minute and press START.
Using a spoon, spread the filling over the cooled cookie to within ½” (1 cm) of the edge.
- Prepare the toppings on a cutting board. Arrange the toppings over the filling. Arrange the toppings over the filling.
To serve, cut into 8 wedges.
