Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza

One giant cookie, endless fun! This sweet, shareable dessert is perfect for parties and easy to customize with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

    Cookie Dough
  • ¾  cup (175 mL) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (about 7 oz/198 g)
Flavor Filling Toppings
Berry Patch

• 4 oz (125 g) cream cheese
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) strawberry jam

• ½ cup (125 mL) sliced strawberries, patted dry
• 2 strawberry or white chocolate truffles like See's Strawberry Truffle, chopped

Chocolate Peanut Butter Monkey

• 3 tbsp (45 mL) creamy peanut butter
• ½ tbsp (7 mL) powdered sugar

• 1 banana, sliced

• ¼ cup (60 mL) chocolate brittle, like See's Milk California Brittle,chopped

S’mores

• ¼ cup (50 mL) marshmallow crème
• 2 oz. (60 g) cream cheese

• ½ cup (125 mL) bear-shaped honey graham cracker snacks
• 2 chocolate caramel marshmallow candies, like See's Dark Scotchmallows®, chopped

Toffee Apple

• 4 oz. (125 g) cream cheese
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) powdered sugar

• ½ green apple, chopped
• 2 chocolate toffee candies like See's Toffee-ettes®, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Choose a flavor from the chart above.

  2. Roll the cookie dough into a ball and place it in the center of a Personal Size Round Stone or the Small Oven Square Pizza Stone . Press dough flat with your fingers. Using a lightly floured Baker's Roller, roll the dough to the edges of the pan, pressing with your fingers, if needed.

  3. Bake for 10–13 minutes or until the dough is a deep golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool completely.

  4. For the Fillings, choose a flavor and add the ingredients to the Deluxe Stand Mixer fitted with the scraping beater. MIX for 1 minute and press START.

  5. Using a spoon, spread the filling over the cooled cookie to within ½” (1 cm) of the edge. 

  6. Prepare the toppings on a cutting board. Arrange the toppings over the filling. Arrange the toppings over the filling.
  7. To serve, cut into 8 wedges.

Cook's Tips:

You can use coarsely chopped graham crackers instead of bear-shaped honey graham cracker snacks.
