Whipped Cream

The perfect fluffy whipped cream (plus a chocolate version) made in only a few minutes.

Ingredients

    Vanilla
  • 2 cups (500 mL) heavy cream (TIP use cold cream straight from the refrigerator)
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
    Chocolate
  • 2 cups (500 mL) heavy cream
  • 6 tbsp (90 mL) powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Add the ingredients to the bowl of the Deluxe Stand Mixer.
  2. Set to WHIP for 3:30 minutes, or until stiff peaks form.
