Croutons



Ingredients:
8   oz (250 g) soft Italian bread
2   tbsp (30 mL) Pantry® Infused Canola Oil, any flavor
1-2   tbsp (15-30 mL) Pantry® Rub (see Cook's Tip)
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut bread into 1-in. (2.5-cm) cubes. Combine oil and rub in large bowl. Add bread and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Spread bread over Rectangle Baking Pan and bake 18-20 minutes or until crisp, stirring halfway through baking.

Cook's Tips: Rub flavors such as Crushed Peppercorn & Garlic, Lemon Pepper, Greek or Citrus & Basil work best in this recipe.
