Lemon Pepper Rub


Lemon & Rosemary Vinaigrette

1/4   cup lemon juice
1   tbsp Dijon mustard
1   tbsp Lemon & Rosemary Oil Dipping Seasoning
1   garlic clove, pressed
1/2   tsp sugar
1/2   cup olive oil
  1. Combine lemon juice, mustard, oil dipping seasoning, pressed garlic and sugar in Small Batter Bowl; whisk well. Slowly add oil, whisking until blended.
  2. Cover; refrigerate until ready to use.

Yield: 8 servings (about 1 cup)
