Carrot-Apple Salad



Ingredients:
4   small carrots, peeled and quartered
2   small apples, cored and quartered
2   tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
2   tbsp (30 mL) orange juice
2-3   tbsp (30-45 mL) sugar
1/2   cup (125 mL) raisins
4   romaine lettuce leaves (optional)
Directions:
  1. Place carrots and apples in Classic Batter Bowl; chop with Salad Chopper. Add remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes. Serve salad on lettuce leaves, if desired.
