Homestyle Waffles

1   package (9 ounces) Best Baking Mix
1   cup milk
2   eggs
  1. Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions; grease, if necessary.
  2. In Classic Batter Bowl, combine baking mix, milk and eggs; whisk using Stainless Steel Whisk until almost smooth.
  3. Pour scant 1/3 cup batter onto each section of hot waffle iron. Bake 2-3 minutes or until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown. Carefully remove waffles. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve waffles warm with desired toppings.
