This versatile 4.5"/12cm knife has a serrated blade edge to gently pierce tomato skins and a coated stainless steel blade for effortless slicing.
USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash knife prior to first use. Wash knife immediately after use; rinse and towel dry immediately. Always keep sharp cutting edge turned away from body. Hand wash only.
Wipe outside of protective storage cover with a damp cloth prior to first use and towel dry thoroughly. Cover is not dishwasher safe.
To remove knife from protective storage cover, grip handle of knife in one hand and sides of protective storage cover in other hand near holes and forward of the tab. Carefully withdraw knife in a horizontal direction away from body (see illustration #1).
To hold knife, wrap fingers of working hand around handle placing index finger and thumb on opposite sides of handle (see illustration #2).
Slice through food with a gentle sawing motion.
To replace clean knife in protective storage cover, grip sides of cover with one hand while holding knife handle in other hand with sharp cutting edge turned away from body. Carefully feed knife into cover until secure (see illustration #1).
