CAUTION - Before use, review the Quick Cooker use and care.
- Only use Pampered Chef authorized accessories in the Quick Cooker.
- Quick Cooker Silicone Rings are only to be used in Pampered Chef’s Quick Cooker. Do not use in other pressure cookers.
- Be sure the Quick Cooker Silicone Ring is placed correctly in the Quick Cooker, so it does not obstruct vents under the lid.
- Never force the Quick Cooker lid down, and ensure the lid is in the lock position prior to starting the Quick Cooker.
- Always let the Quick Cooker lid cool completely before removing the ring.
- Do not bend, kink, stretch, or compress the rings.
- Do not use the Quick Cooker if the silicone ring is damaged.
SAFEGUARDS
- Dry thoroughly before storing.
- The silicone ring may expand from heat after back-to-back uses, causing the seal to fit loosely, and preventing the Quick Cooker from coming up to pressure. Place the ring in cold water for a few minutes to return it to normal shape.
- Wash before using for the first time; dishwasher-safe when placed away from heating element.
- Rings can discolor from red sauces or turmeric-based foods such as marinara, barbecue sauce, curry, or mustard.
- To deep clean, place 2 cups (500 mL) of distilled white vinegar or water and 1 lemon rind into the inner pot of the Quick Cooker and cook on the Steam setting for 2 minutes.
USE AND CARE
- Evenly distribute one silicone ring around the inner wire track of a cool Quick Cooker lid. Be sure the ring is secure to prevent steam from leaking during use.
