SAFEGUARDS
- • Do not leave unattended in a hot pan or on a hot surface.
- • Do not leave the tool in a pan while the burner is on. It can damage the tool and will void the guarantee.
CLEANING
- • Wash before using for the first time; hand wash only. Do not soak the handles.
- • Wash immediately after use.
- • If discoloration occurs, attempt deep cleaning using the following method:
- • Baking soda paste: Mix ½ cup (125 mL) baking soda and three tablespoons (45 mL) of water, working the paste onto the affected surface with a circular motion, let stand for approximately 10–15 minutes. Handwash in warm soapy water.
- • If the handles seem dry, you can apply a light layer of food-grade mineral oil to condition the wood.
- • Subtle color and shape variations may occur in the handles due to variations in natural materials and the handcrafting process.

- • Can be used in cookware on stovetop. Heads are heat-resistant to 482°F (250°C).
