Makes perfect, detailed cookie palm trees, little fishies, stars, sailboats and other summery shapes. Silicone makes it easy to remove the cookies after baking them in the oven.

SAFEGUARDS
• Do not use under the broiler or on a direct heat source.
• Not recommended for microwave use.
• Do not insert toothpicks, knives, or other sharp objects into the mold; they can puncture the silicone.
CLEANING
• Wash before using; dishwasher-safe. Rinse before putting in the dishwasher; place away from
heating element.
• To deep clean, prepare a baking soda paste by mixing ó cup (125 mL) of baking soda with 3 tbsp
(45 mL) of water. Apply it as needed and let it dry completely. Rinse with hot water and dish soap.
• Don’t use abrasive sponges; they can damage the mold.
USE AND CARE
• Aerosol nonstick spray is not recommended; it will create a sticky residue which is difficult to clean.
• Freezer-safe. Oven-safe to 450°F (230°C).
• For stability, place molds on a cookie sheet for baking.
Sugar Cookie
6 oz. (175 g) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
¼cup (60 mL) flour
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Crumble the cookie dough into a mixing bowl. Stir in the flour until well combined (you may
need to use your hands).
3. Brush the mold with oil and press the dough into the mold with your fingers to cover the full
surface area of the pieces.
4. Smooth out the top of the dough.
5. Place the mold on a cookie sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cookies are golden
brown. Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and place on a cooling rack for 20 minutes.
Carefully remove the cookies from the mold.
Chocolate Cookie
6 oz. (175 g) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
2 tbsp (30 mL) cocoa powder
2 tbsp (30 mL) flour
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Crumble the cookie dough into a mixing bowl. Stir in the cocoa powder and flour until well
combined (you may need to use your hands).
3. Brush the mold with oil and press the dough into the mold with your fingers to cover the full
surface area of the pieces.
4. Smooth out the top of the dough.
5. Place the mold on a cookie sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cookies are no longer
soft to the touch. Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and place on a cooling rack for 15–20
minutes. Carefully remove the cookies from the mold.
