Glaze for Meatballs, Meatloaf, and More

1. Combine 1 lb. (450 g) frozen homestyle meatballs, ¼ cup (60 mL) Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup, ¼ cup (60 mL) ketchup, 2 tbsp (30 mL) barbecue sauce, and 1 tsp (5 mL) Smoky Barbecue Rub (optional).
2. Heat covered, over low to medium heat in a slow cooker, until heated through and glazy. Stir often to prevent burning.

Bacon Glaze/Candied Bacon

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Put 6 strips of bacon on a rack over a foil-lined sheet pan. Sprinkle with 1 tsp (5 mL) Smoky Barbecue Rub and brush with 2 tbsp (30 mL) Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup.
3. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crispy.

Iced Brown Sugar Latte

1. Vigorously stir 4 oz. (125 mL) chilled brewed espresso, 1 tbsp (15 mL) Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup, and ice.
2. Froth 1/3 cup (75 mL) oat milk with 1 tsp (5 mL) syrup, 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) ground cinnamon, and a punch of salt.
3. Top the iced espresso with cold foam.

Glazed Veggies

1. Drizzle 2–3 tbsp (30–45 mL) Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup over 1 lb. (450 g) roasted veggies halfway through cooking.
