- • Keep hands and fingers away from the clip hinge when opening and closing.
- • Do not use if product is damaged.
SAFEGUARD
- • For best results, use the slicer on plastic only. Do not use on cardboard or paper.
- • Do not use to hold anything more than 0.1 lb. (45 g) when using with magnet.
- • Do not overfill clip with more than 0.9 lbs. (400 g) pounds.
- • Do not use for sous viding.
CLEANING
- • Hand wipe with a wet or dry towel and dry completely before using or storing it.
- • Not dishwasher safe.
TO USE
- • Refrigerator- and freezer-safe.
To cut a bag:
- • Place bag between the blade and top arm so the blade makes contact with the bag. If there is a seam on the bag, push the top arm below or past the seam. Then, use the other arm to hold the bag steady.
- • For best results, start in the middle of the bag and move outward (Illustration 1).
- • Pinch the sides of the clip together with your index finger on the back of the clip and thumb on the markings on the top arm. Slide it across the bag to open (Illustration 2).
- • Warning: Always slide away from yourself and keep hands away from blade.
- • Note: The remaining flap on the bag can be folded over to the other side when pouring ingredients.
