- Includes a carving knife, carving fork, and wood storage case with magnetic closure.
- The knife is 13¼" (33.5 cm) overall with an 8" (20-cm) blade. The fork is 10" (25 cm) overall with 4½" (12-cm) tines.
- The knife and fork are hand wash only. The storage box can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and dried thoroughly as needed.

- Keep out of the reach of children.
- The knife blade and fork prongs are very sharp and can injure you.
- Keep fingers away from the blade and prongs when cleaning and handling.
- Always store the knife and fork in the case when not in use.
- The storage case contains magnets which can be a choking hazard if dislodged. Magnets may pose risks for persons with pacemakers or users of hearing aids or cochlear implants; consult authorized medical personnel before use and refer to the instructions of medical equipment providers.
- Be careful to not drop the knife or fork. Do not use them to pry, separate, or cut frozen or semi-frozen food as this can chip or break the tips.
CLEANING
- Before using the first time, carefully remove the plastic tip protectors and discard; hand wash the knife and fork.
- Wash the knife and fork immediately after use; rinse and towel dry immediately before placing in the storage case. Keep any sharp tips and edges turned away from your body.
- As needed, wipe the outside of the storage case with a damp cloth and towel dry thoroughly.
USE AND CARE
- To remove the knife and fork from the storage case, gently lift the cover at the front notch. Grip the sides of the knife or fork handle and remove from the storage slot.
- To replace the clean knife in the storage case, insert the blade tip and blade edge horizontally with the blade edge angled down into slot. To replace the clean fork, place the fork prongs in the narrow area of its slot, then gently press the handle into the wide area of the slot to secure. The knife and fork will only fit one way; never force into the slots.
- Gently close the case cover and snap to secure.
- To carve:
- 1. Place food on a cutting board. Insert the fork prongs into the food.
- 2. Steady the food with the fork. Place the knife blade on top of food about 2" (5 cm) from the fork.
- 3. Using a downward sawing motion, slice to your desired thickness.
- 4. Transfer to a serving platter and repeat.
