- Wash prior to first use; dishwasher-safe when placed away from heating element. Dry thoroughly prior to use.
- Place 1 – 2 garlic cloves in Garlic Peeler.
- With palm of hand over clove, roll back and forth on a flat work surface until "crinkle" sound is heard and peel is removed.
- Remove clove and peel.
- Repeat as needed.
