WARNING
- • Adult supervision is required when using with children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge.
- • Always evenly distribute the weight of prep containers when cutting to prevent tipping.
- • Never leave a knife on the cutting board unattended when containers are in use as it may cause tipping.
- • Empty or remove the prep containers when they are full. Before removing the containers from their seated position, ensure your knife is in a safe position away from the edge and all body parts.
- • Never attempt to remove or move the prep containers while cutting.
- • Always use the cutting board on a flat, dry, stable surface.
- • If using the prep containers, always ensure they are properly seated before cutting.
- • Remove the containers and wire holders before placing the product in the dishwasher.
- • Never use more than two prep containers with the product.
- • Do not overfill the containers. The containers can hold up to 2 lbs. (1 kg) each.

CLEANING
- • Wash before first use; dishwasher-safe. Prep container and lid are dishwasher-safe when placed away from the heating element.
- • Separate all parts before washing.
- • To avoid staining, rinse immediately.
- • Make sure all pieces are fully dry before storing.
- • To remove odors, cut a lemon in half and dip it in kosher or table salt. Rub the surface of the board with the lemon, and let it sit for 2–3 minutes. Wipe the board clean with a damp cloth.
USE AND CARE
To assemble:
- • Make sure the cutting board is on a flat, dry, and stable surface with nothing on the cutting board.
- • Align the ends of the wire holder with the holes on the front or side of the cutting board. Note: the wire holders can either go on the front or the side.
- • Angle the wire holder up and insert into the cutting board. While pushing in, push down slightly on the wire holder. See illustration 1.
- • Once the wire holder is installed, insert the prep container in wire holder until the prep container is stable in place. Make sure the prep container is fully pushed against the cutting board. See illustration 2.
- • Repeat with the other wire holder and prep container.
