When you cook your favorite homemade mini pizza on this stone, it’ll taste like it just came out of a professional pizza oven. Because the unglazed cooking surface draws moisture away, everything cooks consistently and turns out light and crispy. It has been designed with a raised lip on the back edge to make transferring that pizza on and off easier than ever (and keep it from falling off). Integrated handles make the stone easy to grasp and move about. Its small size fits most microwaves and toaster ovens.

USING YOUR NEW STONE
Your new stone is heat-safe to 550°F (287°C), so you can use it in the oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and under the broiler. Plus, it can go from the fridge to a preheated oven.
SEASONING YOUR NEW STONE
Your stone will develop a nonstick surface, or seasoning, with use. To build more quickly, bake higher-fat foods the first few times, or lightly brush with cooking oil.
COOKING WITH YOUR NEW STONE
Simply use the temperature and baking time in your recipe. If under 12 minutes, you may need to add 1-2 minutes. Here are more ways to enjoy your stone for years to come:
- • Evenly distribute food across as much of the surface as possible, at least two-thirds full.
- • You can preheat your stone up to 500°F (260°C) for up to 30 minutes. When preheating, your cook time may be shorter, so check 5-10 minutes sooner. No preheating is needed for frozen pizza.
CLEANING YOUR NEW STONE
- • Use the included pan scraper to remove any debris from your stone.
- • Let your stone cool completely before placing in the dishwasher.
- • To build seasoning more quickly, handwash your cooled stone with warm water, no soap needed!

WARNING
- • Hot stoneware can cause burns if handled improperly; always use heat-resistant oven mitts or pads when handling hot stoneware or placing on surfaces.
- • Stoneware can break if bumped or dropped. If this occurs, use caution as broken pieces can be sharp and could cause injury. Do not use chipped or damaged stoneware.
- • Stoneware should not touch the sides of the oven or the oven door when closed.
SAFEGUARDS
- • At least two-thirds of the surface should be covered with food to avoid thermal shock. Evenly distribute food over the stone and avoid clustering.
- • Avoid extreme temperature changes. Let stoneware cool to room temperature before adding liquid or cleaning. If placing frozen foods directly onto a preheated stone, evenly spread across the entire stone to minimize potential breakage.
- • Always place stoneware on hot pads or trivets to avoid damage to countertops and tables. Do not place directly on a cool surface.
- • Stoneware may scratch surfaces; place a protective barrier between the stoneware and the surface.
