The Garlic Press lets you enjoy the flavor of fresh garlic without the hard work of mincing and without your hands smelling like garlic. You can press fresh cloves of garlic—even the really big ones—without peeling them first. The handy cleaning brush helps you remove all the minced bits, so you never have to touch them. You can also use it to mince ginger and horseradish, so you get fantastic flavor in every bite of your favorite recipes.

- Wash prior to first use; dishwasher-safe.
- Remove cleaning tool from storage position by opening handles, applying pressure to bristles with thumb and pulling handle away from Garlic Press with pointer finger.
- Place an unpeeled or peeled garlic clove in the basket. Squeeze the handles together to press the clove through the basket.
- Use the beveled edge of the cleaning tool to scrape off the pressed garlic as shown (see illustration 1).
- Open the handles and remove the garlic peel from the basket using the extended handle of the cleaning tool.
- Press the prongs of the cleaning tool into the outside of basket as shown to remove any garlic residue from the holes (see illustration 2).
- Snap cleaning tool into handle for convenient storage.
