Numbers and Letters Cake Pan
Alphabet Cake Pan for Any Celebration
Celebrate every special occasion with our Numbers and Letters Cake Pan! You can easily make a cake shaped like any letter or number with the pan, 8 inserts that help form the cake, and 1 cutting tool. The gridded bottom guides the insert placement and keeps everything secure for baking. Plus, when the cake is done the nonstick coating makes for an easy release, so you don’t have to worry about the cake falling apart. And when you’re done baking, stack the inserts in the pan to store.

Use & Care
Use & Care
- Adult supervision is required when using with children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge.
- Always use caution when handling the hot pan and inserts. Use heat-resistant oven mitts or pads when handling or placing on a surface.
SAFEGUARDS
- Use both hands when handling.
- Do not use metal utensils in the pan.
- Don’t use abrasive cleansers such as steel wool, cleansers with bleach, or oven-cleaning solutions; they can damage the pan and void the guarantee.
- Don’t use aerosol nonstick sprays. They may create a sticky, difficult-to-clean residue if the pan isn’t washed immediately or if it gets overheated.
- Use on a flat, level surface.
CLEANING
- Wash before using for the first time; hand wash only.
- Let cool to room temperature before cleaning.
- Don’t soak the pan. Dry completely after washing to prevent rust.
- Pan will naturally darken with use. This won’t affect its performance.
- Only use a soft sponge, cloth, or kitchen brush for cleaning.
USE AND CARE
- A 15.25 oz. (432 g) packaged cake mix works best for most letters/numbers.
- All exposed areas of the inserts, as well as sides and bottom of pan, need to be brushed with oil.
- Bake time varies depending on letter/number, but the average is 26–31 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- For best results when decorating, do a crumb coat layer.
- Choose your design then use the diagrams to determine which inserts to use.
- Make the cake batter according to the recipe or instructions on the cake box.
- Brush oil on the bottom and sides of the pan and the all sides of the inserts you’re using. Position the inserts in the pan based on the diagrams for your chosen design. Some letters and numbers will look backwards.
- Do not fill the inserts with batter. Instead, fill the surrounding areas with batter about two-thirds high. The inserts block the areas to create the shapes.
- Bake according to the recipe or cake box instructions. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into one of the cake sections. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.
- Let cool for 10 minutes. To remove the inserts, move onto a cooling rack and remove the pan. After the cake is completely cool, invert onto a serving platter or cake board. If required, use the blue cutting tool to trim the edges. Then, decorate!
