Oriental Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) soy sauce
  • 1   clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) fresh ginger root, peeled and finely chopped
  •  Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients in Small Batter Bowl using Mini-Whipper.

  2. Pour over salad; toss and serve.
