Gluten-Free Beer Bread


  • 1 pouch Gluten-Free Beer Bread Mix
  • 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) gluten-free beer or carbonated beverage
  • 2   eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted (optional)


  1.  Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 9 x 5 Stoneware or Metal Loaf Pan. In medium bowl, combine mix, beer and eggs; whisk until smooth. Pour batter into pan. Drizzle with butter (optional).

  2. Bake 45-50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan. Serve warm.
