Creamy Mango-Curry Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1-2   limes
  • 1 cup (250 mL) low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) plus 1 tbsp (15 mL) mango curry sauce

Directions

  1. Juice limes to measure 4 tsp (20 mL); place in (3-cup/750-mL) Prep Bowl. Add remaining ingredients; whisk until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Yield:

  • about 1 1/3 cups (325 mL)
    10  servings of about 2 tbsp (30 mL)
