Garlic Crostini

These crostini will complement any soup on the menu.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices French or Italian bread, cut 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1   garlic clove, pressed
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place bread slices on Large Round Stone with Handles. Combine  olive oil and pressed garlic clove; brush over each bread slice.

  2. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over bread slices. Bake 6-8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown and cheese is melted.

Yield:

  • 12 crostini
    6  servings of 2 crostini
