  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup quick-cooking grits
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ounce (1/4 cup) fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1   small garlic clove, pressed

Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Cook 5-7 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add cheddar cheese; stir until melted. Using Rotary Grater, grate Parmesan cheese; stir into grits. Press garlic into grits using Garlic Press. Stir in eggs. Pour mixture into Mini-Baking Bowl.
