Lacy Cheese Crisps

These cheese crisps will complement any soup on the menu.

Ingredients

  • 1 4-inch block Colby & Monterey Jack cheese blend

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice cheese into twelve 1/4-inch-thick slices; cut each slice in half to make 24 squares.

  2. Place squares 1 inch apart on Large Round Stone with Handles. Bake 14-16 minutes or until cheese is lacy in appearance and edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute on baking stone; remove to Stackable Cooling Rack using Large Spreader.

Yield:

  • 24 crisps
    8  servings of 3 crisps
