Garlic & Herb Bread


  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp Garlic & Herb Rub
  • 1 loaf (16 oz) French baguette


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Using Bread Knife, cut bread in half lenthwise. Place cut-side up on Cookie Sheet.

  2. Stir rub into softened butter; mix well. Spread butter mixture over both pieces of bread. Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cut each piece into 1-inch-thick slices.
