|½–1 tbsp (7–15 mL) Tex-Mex Rub||1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies|
|½–1 tbsp (7–15 mL) Chipotle Rub||½ green bell pepper, chopped|
|½–1 tbsp (7–15 mL) Smoky Barbecue Rub||4 slices pre-cooked bacon, chopped|
Prepare the grill for indirect cooking over medium heat. In the Rockcrok® Everyday Pan, combine the beans with the rub. Cover with heavy duty aluminum foil and grill for 27–30 minutes. (Rockcrok lid is NOT grill-safe.) Add stir-ins and enjoy!
