Beans 'N Fixins


  • 2 cans (28 oz each) baked beans (about 6 cups/1.5 L total)


Rub Stir-In
½–1 tbsp (7–15 mL) Tex-Mex Rub 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies
½–1 tbsp (7–15 mL) Chipotle Rub ½ green bell pepper, chopped
½–1 tbsp (7–15 mL) Smoky Barbecue Rub 4 slices pre-cooked bacon, chopped



  1. Prepare the grill for indirect cooking over medium heat. In the Rockcrok® Everyday Pan, combine the beans with the rub. Cover with heavy duty aluminum foil and grill for 27–30 minutes. (Rockcrok lid is NOT grill-safe.) Add stir-ins and enjoy!
