Korean BBQ Beef
Follow this recipe to create an authentic Korean BBQ experience in your home with our Indoor/Outdoor Portable Grill
Ingredients
- 2 lbs (1 kg) thinly sliced sirloin steak (¼/6 mm)
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Korean Barbecue Rub
Directions
Preheat the Indoor Outdoor Portable Grill for 3–5 minutes on medium heat.
Cut the steak into 2" (5-cm) pieces with the Professional Shears.
Sprinkle the meat with the rub, being sure to completely coat the meat.
Working in batches, place the meat on the grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Cook's Tips:
There are a lot of different kinds of meat that are great for a Korean BBQ party. The key is that the meat is thin enough to cook quickly. Skirt steak is a great option. You can also try using thinly sliced pork.
