  2. Cut the steak into 2" (5-cm) pieces with the Professional Shears.

  3. Sprinkle the meat with the rub, being sure to completely coat the meat.

  4. Working in batches, place the meat on the grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
