Microwave Philly Cheesesteak Wrap

This mouthwatering cheese steak wrap is even better because you can make it in just 2 minutes.

Ingredients

  • ½   green pepper (2 oz./60 g)
  • 2 oz. (60 g) sliced roast beef
  • 2 slices reduced-fat American cheese
  • 1 7" (18-cm) flour tortilla

Directions

  1. Slice the pepper into strips with the Quick Slice.

  2. Place the pepper into the bottom of the Breakfast Sandwich Maker. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.

  3. Place the roast beef into the deep insert and top with the cheese. Add the tortilla to the shallow insert. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.

  4. Add the beef, cheese, and peppers to the center of the wrap and fold.
