Cook's Tips:

To reduce calories and fat, this recipe calls for reduced-fat vegetable oil spread that comes in a stick form instead of butter or margarine. We recommend a vegetable oil spread with at least 70% fat. Other products contain too much water, which causes baked goods to become tough.

For a finishing touch, create a heart on brownies using our Cupcake Stencil. Gently place stencil over glazed brownie squares. Sprinkle with powdered sugar; carefully lift stencil to reveal heart shape.

For even fewer calories, you can omit the frosting and sprinkle brownies with powdered sugar using the Flour/Sugar Shaker, if you'd like.

To easily cut brownies, dip the Utility Knife into hot water between cuts and wipe dry with a damp paper towel.
