Mini Cake Towers

Small treats are the perfect delight for Wedding showers!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (15.25 oz-18.25 oz/450-540 g) White cake mix (plus ingredients to make cake)
  •  food coloring (optional)
  • 1 cont (16 oz/450 g) white frosting
  •  Sugared rose petals or sprinkles (optional)

Directions

  1. Prepare a white cake mix according to the package and tint with food coloring. Bake at 350°F (180°C) in a parchment paper-lined Large Sheet Pan for 18 – 22 minutes. Remove from oven; let stand 15 minutes. Remove cake to Stackable Cooling Rack to cool completely.
  2. Transfer to a cutting board. Cut 21 cake circles with a 2½"(6 cm) biscuit cutter. Arrange 7 mini cakes on a platter; then layer cake circles and pipe frosting as pictured. Top with Sugared Rose Petals or sprinkles.
