Flavored Whipped Cream

Ingredients

Chocolate1 cup (250 mL)3 tbsp (45 mL)


2 tbsp (30 mL) unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract

For Mexican Chocolate, add 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) each ground cinnamon and ground cayenne pepper
Cinnamon1 cup (250 mL)2 tbsp (30 mL)2 tsp (10 mL) ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) ground nutmegGround cinnamon
Peppermint1 cup (250 mL)2 tbsp (30 mL)½ tsp (2 mL) peppermint extract
Fold in 2-3 tbsp (30-45 mL) crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
 
Milk chocolate or white chocolate drizzle
Almond1 cup (250 mL)3 tbsp (45 mL)1/4 – ½ tsp (1-2 mL) almond extractSlivered almonds
Vanilla Spice1 cup (250 mL)1 tbsp (15 mL)
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
½ tsp (2 mL) ground cinnamon
Cinnamon stick
Bourbon1 cup (250 mL)1 tbsp (15 mL)1 ½ tsp (7 mL) bourbonToasted chopped walnuts

 

Directions

  1. Select a flavor. Pour the heavy whipping cream into the Whipped Cream Maker & Decorator to the bottom of the fill line.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients (not including optional ingredients). Secure the lid and pump the handle until the whipped cream reaches the desired consistency.
  3. Finish with optional garnish.

Yield:

  • About 2 cups (500 mL)  servings of 16 2 tbsp (30 mL)
