Bananas and granola add sweetness and crunch to these fun-shaped pancakes!

Ingredients

  • 2   ripe bananas, peeled
  • 1   egg
  • 1 cup (250 mL) milk
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
  • 1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (125 mL) granola
  • 2½ tsp (12 mL) baking powder
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt
  •  Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Mash the bananas and egg in the Classic Batter Bowl with the Mix ‘N Masher. Mix in the milk and honey. In a 3-cup (750-mL) Prep Bowl, combine the flour, granola, baking powder, and salt. Use the Disney•Pixar Toy Story 4 Forky Scraper to mix the flour mixture into the banana mixture until well combined (the mixture will be slightly lumpy).

  2. Use the Chef’s Silicone Basting Brush to lightly brush the Disney•Pixar Toy Story 4 Pancake Molds with oil. Place the pancake molds onto the Nonstick Double Burner Griddle and preheat over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.

  3. Fill each mold with ¼ cup (50 mL) of pancake batter. Use the Mini Skinny Scraper to spread the batter to the smaller parts of the mold. Cook for 3–5 minutes, then use the tabs to remove the molds. Use the Disney•Pixar Toy Story 4 Hamm Pancake Flipper to flip the pancakes and cook until browned, about 1 minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  4. Place the Disney•Pixar Toy Story 4 Pancake Stencils over the pancakes and use the Powdered Sugar Shaker to dust with powdered sugar.

Cook's Tips:

If you have different sized burners, adjust the temperature so the larger burner is set to low and the smaller burner is set to medium-low heat.

Use smaller pieces of granola so it incorporates better into the batter.

The yield may vary between 9 and 12 pancakes depending on the size of bananas you use.
