Ranch Chicken Dip

This classic loaded cheese dip is a great addition to any gathering of friends or family

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) cream cheese
  • 8 oz. (250 g) cheddar cheese, coarsely grated (2 cups/500mL)
  • 1½ cups (375 mL) sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup (125 mL) chicken broth or stock
  • 1 envelope (1 oz/30 g) Ranch dip mix
  • 2 cups (500 mL) shredded chicken
  • 6   strips bacon, cooked and chopped
  •  Green onion, chopped plus more for garnishing
  •  Dipper Suggestions: Baguette slices, carrot sticks, celery stalks, tortilla chips, pita chips, crackers for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F(200°C).
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a Rockcrok Everyday Pan and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
  4. Remove from oven. To warm, cover and place on the Rockcrok Digital Slow Cooker Stand. Select WARM and select your time.
  5. Garnish with extra green onions and serve with dippers.

Cook's Tips:

This can also be made in the microwave. Just combine the ingredients in the Rockcrok Everyday Pan, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes or until bubbly, stirring halfway through.

Use leftovers in a grilled cheese, as a baked potato topper or with pasta for a cheesy meal.
