Avocado-Lime Crema

 This avocado dip is great as a crudité dip, or as a topper for burgers or tacos!

Ingredients

  • 1   lime
  • 1   large, ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • ½  cup (125 mL) sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½  cup (125 mL) loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt

Directions

  1. Use a Juicer to juice the lime. Add the remaining ingredients to the Manual Food Processor, process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
