Quick, Tangy Vinaigrette

1/2   cup (125 mL) Blackberry Balsamic Sauce
1/4   cup (50 mL) orange juice
2   tsp (10 mL) Dijon mustard
2   tsp (10 mL) olive oil
1/4   tsp (1 mL) salt
1/4   tsp (1 mL) coarsely ground black pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in (2-cup/500-mL) Prep Bowl or Measure, Mix, & Pour™. Mix until blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Yield: 6 servings (about 3/4 cup/175 mL)
