Classic Vinaigrette



Ingredients:
1/4   cup (50 mL) Cherry Balsamic Vinegar or Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
1   tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
1   tsp (5 mL) honey
1/2   tsp (2 mL) salt
1/4   tsp (1 mL) coarsely ground black pepper
1/2   cup (125 mL) Orange-Infused Canola Oil or Rosemary-Infused Canola Oil
Directions:
  1. Whisk vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and black pepper in (2-cup/500-mL) Prep Bowl using Stainless Whisk. Slowly add oil, whisking until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Yield: 6 servings (3/4 cup/175 mL)
