Creamy Mango-Curry Dressing



Ingredients:
1-2   limes
1   cup (250 mL) low-fat plain yogurt
1/3   cup (75 mL) plus 1 tbsp (15 mL) Mango Curry Sauce
Directions:
  1. Juice limes to measure 4 tsp (20 mL); place in (3-cup/750-mL) Prep Bowl. Add remaining ingredients; whisk until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Yield: 10 servings (about 1 1/3 cups/325 mL)
