Tangy Oven Barbecued Chicken

1   3-3 1/2-pound broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1   cup barbecue sauce
1/4   cup peach or apricot preserves
1   teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken in Stoneware Bar Pan. In Small Batter Bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spoon sauce over chicken.
  2. Bake 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink in center.

Yield: 4 servings
