Mini Soft Pretzels with Honey-Mustard Dip

1   pkg (11 oz or 283 g) refrigerated pizza crust
1   egg, lightly beaten
1/2   tsp (2 mL) salt
1   tsp (5 mL) caraway seeds, sesame seeds or coarse salt
3/4   cup (175 mL) mayonnaise
3    tbsp (45 mL) Dijon mustard
3    tbsp (45 mL) honey
  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Lightly brush Large Round Stone with Handles with vegetable oil. Unroll pizza dough onto Large Grooved Cutting Board. Cut dough, crosswise, in half. Cut each half into seven 1-inch wide strips. Cut one of the strips in half. Shape seven of the strips to spell out the word DAD. (Half of one of the strips will be used to create the letter A). Arrange letters on stone.
  2. In (1-cup/250mL) Prep Bowl, combine egg and salt. Brush egg mixture onto letters; sprinkle with seeds or salt. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove stone from oven to Stackable Cooling Rack. Remove pretzels from stone. Repeat with remaining dough.
  3. For dip, whisk together remaining ingredients in Small Batter Bowl until well blended. Serve with warm pretzels.
