Dijon Mustard Deviled Eggs



Ingredients:
6   eggs
6   tbsp mayonnaise
2   tbsp Dijon Mustard Rub
1/2   tsp white vinegar
Directions:
  1. Place eggs in a single layer in 2-qt. Saucepan; add cold water to cover by 1 in. Bring water just to boiling. Remove Saucepan from heat; cover.
  2. Let eggs stand, covered, 20 minutes. Immediately run cold water over eggs or place them in ice water until completely cooled. Remove shells.
  3. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks to small bowl; set white aside. Finely chop yolks with pastry blender or mash with fork. Stir in mayonnaise, rub and vinegar until well blended.
  4. Place yolk mixture in Easy Accent® Decorator fitted with open star tip. Pipe mixture into whites. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
