Nothing says summer like grilling kabobs. No matter what ingredients you choose, fresh ingredients on the grill will make your mouth water.

Grill chicken on skewers with vegetables and fruit for one-dish meals that are full of flavor.

ChickenBoneless skinless chicken breasts,
cut into 1-in. cubes.
Rub

  • 1/2 medium pineapple
    (1-in. pieces)
  • 1 large bell pepper
    (1-in. pieces)
  • 1 large bell pepper
    (1-in. pieces)
  • 1 jar (12 oz) quartered
    marinated artichokes
  • 1 small Granny
    Smith apple
    (cut into wedges)
  • 1 small red onion
    (1-in. thick wedges)
Directions  
Prepare grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Combine 1 tbsp canola oil, rub and chicken in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Thread onto skewers with specified fruit or vegetable. Place skewers onto BBQ Corn & Skewer Rack. Grill 4-6 minutes per side or until chicken is no longer pink.

Nothing’s more satisfying than beef cooked on a grill.

  • 1 small zucchini
    (1-in. pieces)
Directions  
Prepare grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Combine 1 tbsp canola oil, rub and beef in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Thread onto skewers with specified vegetable. Place skewers onto BBQ Corn & Skewer Rack. Grill 4-5 minutes per side or until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
